Can HIV Be Contracted Through Unprotected Oral Sex?

Hi,

I am sexually active person and used many prostitutes for sex. I have using condoms for vaginal sex but on few occasions I did not use condom for oral sex. I have been test 4 times for Elisa test last year. And last test was done on October 2016. Now I have realized I am putting my self on risk.I want to stop all the. I am fearing for HIV now.am I at risk for HIV. Should I test again?I performed cunillings on a women for one minute just outer part of vagina. Will it cause HIV? From past one month I have small but hard bump on my penile shaft under the skin.what is this.please help?

Not a cause for concern.

Thanks for sending the attachments. I have reviewed them. It seems to be a Fordyce spot. In other words it is due to a collection of sebaceous secretions due to blockage of the opening of the gland. It may or may not become infected. It is not a cause for concern.

Thanks for the answers. you said I should be tested for hiv .is it medically required or just to lower my anxiety.I am really scaring now.Do you think my actions (deep kissing ,cunillings) have put me on risk.I have always used condoms for vaginalnsex.and I have checked always mouth of girl for a y sores or bleeding with torch of my XXXXXXX but I never found anything.kindly tell me if am at risk and should be tested. or I should test just to lower my anxiety.As I am going to leave all these.Thanks

The testing is just to lower your anxiety and not on medical grounds. Kissing and cunnilingus are unlikely to put you at risk (assuming that you do not have sores or damaged mucosa in your mouth). Exchange of bodily secretions is important for transmission.

I do not have bleeding gums.no cuts and sores.but some time bad throat or redness due to eating of spicy food or curd.curd or ice cream make me sick.these things causes redness and small dots on roof of mouth.but when I visit docrors.,it goes away with single or two doses. do these put me on risks
