Can HIV Be Contracted While Ingesting Some Salty Fluid Discharge From The Breast While Having A Sore Throat?

Question: On 27th Feb , I had some sexual activity with a sex worker. While sucking one of her breast I got a feeling that some salty substance(blood or fluid not sure ) come into my mouth.she had prickle like small Rashes over her breast . I had sore throat and minor mouth ulcer( no bleeding) . There is no penetration or oral sex involved. Am I at risk of getting infected by HIV ?
Now I have swollen lymph node at left armpit and right groin. In general no pain but if pressed then feel little pain. Some small red rashes are coming on hand and feet which are vanishes after 2-3 days.
I have done HIV 1 rna PCR quantative test at thyrocare lab XXXXXXX after 16 day which comes as 'non detected'. I got the report next day , but I came to know that generally labs takes 5-6 days for rna PCR test. So can the pcr rna report from thyrocare be reliable ??
I have tested 4th generation HIV 1,2,p24 duo test after 22days which came as non reactive.

I know test after 22 days is early for conclusion but considering PCR rna after 16days and 4th generation duo after 22days , can anything be predicted ??

Is there any option to discuss the problem over phone ?

Brief Answer:
No risk of HIV.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

You had some sexual activity but no penetration or oral sex then there is no risk of HIV at all because sucking of breasts and playing with genitals are no risk activities for HIV. The symptoms you have are absolutely not related to HIV in any way.

RNA PCR at 16 days and 4th generation HIV Duos test at 22 days both are negative which is highly reliable and conclusive so don't get worried about HIV as you are safe and risk-free.

Hope I have answered your query. If still any query is there feel free to ask me again anytime.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Rashes look to be allergic.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The rashes in the picture look to be allergic or due to some other skin disease but not related to HIV so don't think excessively about the episode. Forget the things and move on in life happily.

Hope I have answered your query.

Thank you.
