Can HIV Be Detected 4 Weeks Post Exposure?

Question: I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginally sex 10 days ago. When is the right time to get tested for Std and Hiv, what tests do you suggest. Can you please advise on any good test centre in XXXXXXX Also i don't have any symptoms now, but my brain is fully stressed. Initially i had some ulcers on my tongue and slight pain during urination a week ago, i have a gastric problem and used pantaprozole and I don't have any ulcers on tongue now and no pain during urination. I am keeping away my wife in having sex. I am totally stressed and getting tired. I want to get my doubts cleared and want to live happy life. I will never do this mistake again. Plz advice whether if I am affected with any STD do i need to have symptoms to get tested, also do i need to get tested for Hiv or it is too early to get tested. I also have very very mild itching sometime on my penis. Unfortunately for any problems like mild ulcer, sore throat I am getting suspicious about STD and Hiv. Please help me with your valuable advice.
Brief Answer:
Hiv duo test at 4 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hello .
I suggest you to take an HIV DUO test i.e P24 Antigen and HIV Antibody test, at 4Weeks. Testing after 10 days is too soon to be reliable.
I would also suggest testing for Hsv and syphilis at 4 Weeks.

Thanks doctor for your response. So you suggest to take Hiv test after 4 weeks. Do you suspect Hiv as I had unprotected Oral sex and protected Vaginal sex.
Also i had mild irritation on my left eye with mild redness in the corner and mild throat pain. I visited the doctor and he checked my BP, heartbeat and said everything is normal and suggested for Ajithromycin for 3 days and allergic tablet for 7 days.
Also do you suspect whether I got effected with any STD. Please advise

Brief Answer:
Test at appropriate intervals
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Oral sex carries a very low risk of Hiv for a male. Therefore the chances are that you would test negative for it. Rather the risk of Hiv through oral sex is greater for a female than for a male specially if male sexual partner ejaculates in her mouth.
Herpes can definitely transmit through oral sex. You need to rule that out by a bllod test, no earlier than 4 weeks and then repeat test at 12 weeks.
STDs may not present with symptoms soon after sex and therefore it better to get tested at appropriate intervals to rule out the slightest possibility.
Although you do not have any suggestive symptoms of STDs you must still test. Till that time it would be advisable to refrain from having sex with your partner.
