Doctor i have pain in testicles after ejaculation.it starts two weeks before.Is this symptoms of hiv. Only left side testis are paining.

Actually doctor i sex with one unknown girl in january last.before i do sex there is red mark under the foreskin of my penies.but i never cared that. And in april first i did hiv test it was negetive.and in may i got fungal infection in penies.but i did treatment in XXXXXXX now it is alright.but the problem now testicular pain. So iam worried about hiv. I did another tests follows.and i also did urine test it was normal.
