Can HIV Be Transmitted Through A Massage?

Question: Hi doc,
Just yesterday for the first time I went to a chinese old masseuse and I got a hand job from her. I am not sure of her hands had blood and I am not sure if she actually touched the top of my penis. I am 90 perc sure she didn't. However I am just worried if she was HIV +. Would I have got the same due to this act ? Is there any case that someone got aids through handjob? I am really worried about this . Need to know somehow to get some sleep.

I am not sure if she reached the top of my penis . Maybe she has . I am not sure. She used oil so i didnt notice all that. Would that affect me?
Brief Answer:
RT PCR
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up,
No, getting infected with HIV in case of manual stimulation with hands is rare.
As I said already, the chances are negligible even if she is infected with HIV. If you are really worried try to do an RT PCR (Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) which is rapid and reliable, to know your status and get relieved of your worries.
Take care.
