Can HIV Be Transmitted Through Protected Intercourse?
Im so worried that if she has hiv then is there any chance of getting hiv to me. I didnt had any sore or wound in my mouth
And also please suggest early hiv tests based on window period
PCR test or 4 th generation ELISA test.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern and situation.
I would suggest you not to worry so much. The chances of getting HIV infection is almost nil. As oral transmission of HIV does not occur. You can get HIV PCR test done earliest is after 6 weeks or HIV ELISA test 4 th generation after 12 weeks. These tests are done in Windows period up to 6 months. After 6 months antibodies based rapid or ELISA test can be done. You can get tested to your personal satisfaction after counseling from testing Center. HIV tridot test has no accuracy before 3 months post exposure as it is antibiotics based test. So it is of no use to test it after 3 days.
Hope I answered your query.
Thanks.
Extremely rare.

Hi
As per international guidelines I would like to tell you contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and HIV infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids for HIV transmission the reports have also been extremely rare.Deep or open mouth kissing if the person with HIV has sores or bleeding gums and blood is exchanged. HIV is not spread through saliva. Transmission through kissing alone is extremely rare.
Take care
Doctor 3 days back i had protected sex with my friend. During sex we had open deep mouth kiss. Accidentally my hand punched her mouth and i didnt observed that negligable quantity of blood inside. Later after sex she told that small quantity of blood came. But next day nothing was found in her mouth

No such case in Medical literature ever reported.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
1. No cases of HIV by deep kissing have been reported in medical literature till date. The theory that it can spread is just hypothetical.
2. Yes if both partners have lesion then only the risk occurs. But no such cases ever reported.
