Question: I CUT THE CHEESE THROUGH THE PLASTIC THAT WAS COVERING THE CHEESE HOW EVER I FORGOT TO WASH THE PLASTIC THAT WAS RAPPING THE CHEESE SINCE THE KNIFE CUT THE PLASTIC THAT WAS NOT WASHED AND THE KNIFE CAME IN CONTACT TO THE CHEESE ANY HIV HEP B,C RISK SINCE I ATE THE CHEESE
Brief Answer:
no risk
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
as with the other question you've asked the answer is no because there was no visible blood (or you haven't mentioned any). Please note though that there are other forms of hepatitis like hepatitis A that can be transmitted via the fecal-oral route that is by introducing viruses into your mouth. This may occur for example when contaminated food is eaten or contaminated objects come into contact with the food (for example a contaminated knife). The knife can be contaminated by a patient with active hepatitis A of course...
So in conclusion there is no risk for hepatitis B or C or HIV...
Kind Regards!

Since you are taking about your own blood there is no problem. You could have been in danger only if the knife had infected blood from somebody else on it.
