Question: Can HIV happen because of deep throat kissing?
I am attaching HIV antibody test report. It was done after 14 weeks of possible exposure. Is it conclusive?
Can this kind of sore throat happen without other symptoms during initial HIV infection?

Note: My throat is not paining just a itching sensation at the back of the throat. Lymphs not that swelled just I feel two when I am pressing my neck.

Dear Doctor Saab,
Please see attached HIV report which was done after 14 weeks of possible risky exposure (Condom slipped completely and unnoticed till end).
Is this report conclusive and reliable?

I have another encounter 86 days before. But this time Deep throat kissing.
Can HIV spread via deep throat kissing?
Did you experience any such incident during your practice life?

I have persistent cough (Not dry) since last 3 months. It started during last winter (very harsh winter here) and eliminated while consulting with ENT specialist in XXXXXXX after taking medications. Now this time it started 2 months before and still continuing. I have problem of Gas and one month before mild headache. No other major symptoms. No fever.

Is there possibility of other STDs?
How to mitigate the mild sore throat and cough?

I am in Kazakhstan and required medicines not available. I can start proper treatment after reaching XXXXXXX one month after.

Some temporary measures require.

Brief Answer:
Not seen any case of HIV after deep kissing.

Detailed Answer:
Hello young man,

Welcome again to the forum.

I have gone through the report and is completely fine.

Your report is final and there is no need to go for further testing in relation to HIV.

For any means whether unprotected sex or deep kissing you are free from HIV. In my experience I have not seen any case of HIV after deep kissing.

For other of STDs you need to go for a battery of tests including herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis including hepatitis.

YOur symptoms are basically due to anxiety. I suggest you to reduce your anxiety to get better. Eat well and relax. Meet a physician after coming to XXXXXXX

Thanks a lot. I have two more questions which I am requesting you to answer.
I have rash sort of thing at my both hand near elbow. I am uploading the photographs. I consulted one dermatologist and he said it is Keratosis Pilaris and non hazardous. Can you please confirm?

Also my report what I previously submitted which generation antibody test is it? Can we rely on SRL diagnostic?

Brief Answer:
The test (CMIA) is fourth generation test

Detailed Answer:
Hello young man,

Welcoem again to the forum and thanks for your follow up.

I agree with your doctor in a close diagnosis of mild Follicluitis which is almost similar to the Keratosis Pilaris and non hazardous too!!!

The condition is simply due to mild blockage of the pore of oil gland and opening of hair follicle which can result in mild Folliculitis to complete blockage in form of Keratosis Pilaris. But all related to the pore of oil gland with simplest of thing and nothing abnormal in it.

You don't require any treatment for the same and can relax for the same.

For the HIV report- it is CHEMILUMINESCENT MICROPARTICLE IMMUNOASSAY (CMIA) which is fourth generation test and one of the latest one. You can cent percent rely on it and SRL is one of the most reputed lab.

Any how a test done at 14 weeks of probable infection even if 3rd generation is most reliable. Any how your test report is completely alright and just relax for the same.

One word of suggestion is to use protection in all kind of sexual act.

My all best wishes for your healthy life.`
