Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back in healthcaremagic.
If you exchange saliva through the ice cream you can can get HSV2, Hepatitis B Syphilis.
Saliva is not a bodily fluid that can transmit HIV because the saliva contains enzymes that inhibit the growth of HIV
You cannot get HIV from exchanging saliva. Therefore, the only (and highly unlikely) way for HIV to be transmitted through exchange saliva is if you had an actively bleeding wound in your mouth that came into contact with the other person's actively bleeding wound in their mouth. This does not include surface wounds (sores) such as those you would get from brushing your teeth, etc.
As well you should know that both chlamydia and gonorrhea can infect the throat, however, they cannot be transmitted from one infected throat to another through sharing an ice cream.
I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.

thank you doctor..
just last questions
after one month of exposure..i did a test on
1.hsv1&2 IGg
2. hsv 1&2 IGm
3. chlamydia igA
4. Chlaydia Igm
5.hcv
6. hepatitis b, hbsag
7. complete blood count
8 urine routine and microscopy
Everything came negative after 1 month of exposure ( I was on PEP during this one month ) as i had a condom break..
I would like to know.. i will be surely testing at 3 months after exposure for hiv
do i need to test for the rest of std tests at 3 months..
also..PEP is taken for 28 days only..does it need to be taken longer.?
my doctor gave me 28 days..
Saliva exposure was a question for my knowledge..condom breakage is what happened..immediately went on 28 day pep treatment and after one month of exposure did std and hiv tests
So I do not need to test further for std..the results are conclusive after one month of exposure right ?
