No risk of HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
As such there is no risk in the exposure you had as the status of girl is unknown and transmission with milk in adults is unlikely. I don't think you need PEP or any other test so just relax and forget about the episode. For any further query feel free to ask me.
Thank You

tq for your reply what if that one or two drops of milk came in to contact with the bleeding gums
Brief Answer:
Negligible risk.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome back once again.
If one or two drops of milk came into contact with your bleeding gums then also the risk is negligible or practically nil because breast secretion is relatively less or not infectious on single contact as compared to vaginal fluid or semen so allay the fear or anxiety related to HIV as you safe and risk free.
Thank You
Negligible risk.
