Can HIV Or STDs Be Contracted From A Hand Job?

Question: I has a massage where I was completely naked, the lady gave me a hand job after the massage and I ejaculated. Next day I had sex with a sex worker and used a condom, I checked the condom after sex and there was no tear.
I have developed a burning sensation on the tip of my penis meatus. there is no pain or any sort of discharge just burning sensation, it is two weeks now. Met a doctor and he is did a urine test and urine culture test both were negative. Could I have contracted Herpes, STD or HIV

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV /STD
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
In first incidence, only a hand job was done for you. Hand job is absolutely a safe activity as far as the risk of HIV /STD. In second instance you had protected sex with an intact condom. So your risk for HIV /STD is negligible.
Your lesions in the picture sent by doesn't fit with Herpes simplex infection.
It will manifest either as grouped vesicles or tiny ulcers, not as a pustule. Your problem is very much unlikely to be due to HIV /STD. It might be due to some nonspecific, non venereal superficial infection. Nothing to worry. Follow the advice of your physician.

Hi Doc,
Thank you for your reply, I have re sent the pic highlighting the area which has a small boil.
Is this herpes?
Finally does herpes test provide results on HIV too if a herpes test is conducted?

Brief Answer:
Test for herpes can not rule out or indicate HIV infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
From that picture I am not able to make out anything pertained to Herpes Simplex infection. It is quite unlikely to be a herpes infection remaining in vesicular stage more than 24 hours, by the time it would have reached the ulcerative stage. I don't think that you are having Herpes infection with regards to your recent exposures.
A negative test for Herpes Simplex infection will not rule out HIV. They are caused by entirely different and unrelated virus and naturally the tests are also entirely different. I hope that you got your doubts cleared. Have a nice day.
