Brief Answer:
Chances of getting HIV is remote.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for posting your query.

HIV can not spread through casual contact like touching the minor wound or scratching.
Your ulcer is on the healing stage (healed almost). Plaster also did not seem to have any obvious discharge. In such a stage it is quite unlikely to have a HIV transmission even if any infected person's infectious discharge gets contaminated. I had worked in HIV orphan children home as a care provider. Nurses also were there to give continuous care to them. We used to handle many children with wounds like that and sometimes attended a fresh bleeding wounds. None got HIV in spite of working there for years. similarly every family members who cares HIV positive people in there home for years came across such situations ,but not acquired HIV while handling such this individuals. Not only this, I am handling HIV patients for the past 25 years and fortunately remain HIV free. So not to worry about this.

Brief Answer:
The possibility is remote

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
There is a theoretical possibility if there is a contact with some body's fluid of an infected person directly on the wound or ulcer. Even in such situation all the contacts are not necessarily infectious.

Brief Answer:
If you believe that you have a risk for HIV, rule out HIV by a test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
You had not mentioned what sort of contact you had come across with your wound. All who have such ulcers need not go for HIV test. If you had believed that you have a risk for HIV, then it is better to have a HIV test after the window period. Ruling out HIV will relieve unnecessary mentally tension.
