Deep throat kissing does not spread HIV as long as there are no ulcers or wound or bleeding in both.
Antibody are formed 2 weeks to 3 months after exposure .So to be conclusive for any antibody test we need to wait for at least 3 months. Then we can conclude negative if test for antibody is negative.
If test is done at 18 weeks it is conclusive.If negative you are free from HIV .
If the laboratory is accredited or ISO certified it should be reliable.
Inhalers do not alter the test results and you can allay fears about HIV.

NACO is saying 6 months is conclusive. Whereas other web sites like medhelp claiming this conception changed since 2004.

What do you mean by malnorished or immunosuppressed individual? Can you please be more specific?
Also because of my paranoiac situation, I started doubting the pathology lab. It is ISO certified and approved by QCI. Is it reliable to do HIV test from these labs? Is antibody test very complecated. I found from their web site that they have VITROS ECi from XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX
