Can HSV-1 Be Contracted Through Unprotected Sexual Intercourse?

Question: Hey so i have had these red spots that turm white at times then i can peel off. I got told by a doctor to use cortison cause it might be an allergic reaction. The cream seemed to have worked for a time but now the spots have returned and this time around the cream doesnt seem to be working. Shoukd i be worried about stds? I practice safe sex for the most part. My partner and i had unsafe sex and the following day is when the spots appeared. I like im china sonits hard to see a gp, none of them speak english. Please get a HSV Type 1 and 2 IgG and IgM levels ( 4 in total) I suspect it to be Herpes . Please get a fasting sugar level as well. Please let me know the results so that can guide you further

That news has just ruined my day doctor but now what do i do if i am tested positive ?! Will this be with me for the rest of ny life and can i have kids and/or any other sexual contact with my partner ? I am freaking out here
