Question: hi, i have haemorhoids since years but painless. after potty its out for a while and when i sit it goes in back after sometime.
never it has bled.
im working out currently and after legs exercise, the haemorrhoid has been swollen. it pains and burns now. need medicine to reduce swelling and treat the burns. its very uncomfortable as it swollen.

post the reduction, can i again do leg exercises?
