Brief Answer:
As the holter monitor did not record it, it means that it is an error.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

I understand your concern and would explain that a holter monitor is a much more accurate device compared to the Apple watch, regarding the heart rhythm.

So, the chances for an episode of tachycardia to be missed by a holter monitor are really scarse.

So, I would conclude that it could be an error of the apple watch or a moving artifact.

In my opinion, there is no reason to worry about it! You should try to rely more on the Holter monitor, as it is a an accurate medical device. The apple watch is a good tool to help orientate patients, but it is not a medical device.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know in case of further uncertainties!

Wishing good health,

Brief Answer:
My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

Unfortunately I can't see any uploaded images on this question.

Maybe a system error.

Anyway, if this episode had happened, it would have been registered by the Holter monitoring and you would have felt palpitations, shortness of breath or lightheadedness.

I think that there is no need for any limitations to your physical activity.

Feel free to exercise normally.

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards ,
