Brief Answer:
Continue antibiotics for three more days
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per your description you have completed a full course of antibiotics cetazidime (Ceftaz) and azithromycin (Azifine).
Most cases resolve well with antibiotics. You can continue the drugs for three more days. In some people symptoms persist even after complete cure.
If the symptoms persist even after five days , you have to change the antibiotics preferably to intravenous route.
As of now do a blood culture test and choose antibiotics according to culture reports.
No need to repeat the IgM test.
You can take diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Avoid fat and oily foods.
Wishing you good health.
