Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for reverting.
It's good to know the pap smear is negative for cancer. Have they taken any biopsy too? Is the result awaited?
For pains, we often use paracetamol and/or drotaverine. Please discuss with your doc, if this is applicable for you. It should settle in a few days.
Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
It'll take some time to settle
Detailed Answer:
Hi
It's good to know you are back from hospital. The weakness will resolve gradually as you start taking food. Sometimes we give some supplements in this period, like Ensure. If your blood pressure is high, then you need proper medications for that. Please let your doctor know about your BP.
Things will surely improve over time.
