His age is 10 years and weight 25 Kg. He has no health issues except he is lean and thin. He takes half chapati in breakfast and one chapati in school tiffin, 1 small bowl rice and daal in lunch and 1-2 Chapati sabji in dinner. He generally takes less sabji in his daily food. Snacks like kurkure, chanachur are in his daily fooding. Overall junk food are his interests.
Brief Answer:
He may need iron, vitamin c and folic acid supplements
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
He is too thin for his age . He should weight at around 32 kg.
I think you may give him vitamin c , folic acid and iron supplements. It will improve his appetite also.
He may need to include eggs and milk in his diet and reduce junk food. Also he needs more fruits and vegetables.
You can raise diet request from your dashboard and one of our dieticians can share personalised diet chart with you.
