In CT thorax report, there is mass lesion in right lower lobe.
Possibility of malignant lesion (lung cancer) is more likely.
So she will need bronchoscopy and biopsy from that mass lesion to diagnose cancer.
No need to worry for CT Abdomen findings.

Sir, as you mentioned symptoms only we observing weight loss 52 kg to 49 kg, 49 kg is mainting from 3 months, remainning symptoms are not finding, remaing symptoms are normal.
