Can I Give Breast Milk And Formula Milk At Once?

Question: My baby boy is 1.5 month old
I have low breast milk. Want to take lactare tablets. Please suggest me how many tablets I can take per day and at what time ?
Any side effects of using this tablet ?
Also after taking tablet , after how many hours will the tablet work and I will get sufficient milk ?

Yes, You can take Cap Lactare. Twice daily after food . The effect of this medicine is slow , you may have to wait for few days to see the chnage.

Avoid formula feeds if the baby is moderately fed. If the breast milk is very meagre then you can plan on to give formula feeds.
