Thank you for the details given

This doesn't seems like gastritis and therefore antacid syrup is not needed

You can continue giving Cyclopam tablet 2-3 times daily for 3 days. Give 3/4th tablet Instead of half.
For vomiting, you can give Ondansetron 4mg tablet, 2-3 times daily as needed

With these measures he should be fine in 3 days. If not, or if develops fever or any aforementioned symptoms, we can evaluate further
