Brief Answer:
Yes, you can give

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

To control his fever, you can give either Paracetamol(maximum 4 times daily) or Meftal-P(maximum 3 times daily). Paracetamol is more safer and Meftal- P can be given if fever persists after 1 hour of giving Paracetamol or if Paracetamol is not available right now.

Guessing his weight to be around 8kg, you can give 2.5ml of Paracetamol suspension(250mg/5ml) or 3.5ml of Meftal-P syrup. If weight is different, kindly get back to me for exact dosage.

If you give few more details, I can get more idea regarding the cause of fever:

1.When did this start?
2.Any other symptoms like cold/cough/vomiting/loose stools/rash?
3. Is he otherwise active and feeding well?
4. Anyone else in family having fever/other symptoms right now?
