Exercises which do not strain abdomen can be done under guidance.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and seen the CT report.
Your query is specifically about going to Gym, with small umbilical and small right inguinal hernia.
Your age is mentioned as 57 years old.
Going to Gym is not really a hindrance unless your hernias are causing any symoptoms like pain, tenderness, enlargement in size and so on. In fact going to Gym will help to have stronger abdominal muscles that help in good repair at surgical correction of hernia.
Only thing to remember is that you do not conduct any exercises that increase strain on abdominal wall in excess. You have to consult a trainer telling about these and have a schedule of different exercises. See that the symptoms and size do not increase. If at all the size or symptoms are increasing consult a Genral Surgeon also to have an actual examination so that she/he can guide you the best.
And any case you may need to get the hernia repeair surgery in future.
Also get the kidkey and ureteric stones properly treated at one is stuck at the junction and needs proper maqnagement by an Urologist.
I hope this answers your specific query.
