Can I Have Amrithabindu And Veloz D ( Rabeprazole )
Lifestyle modification is the first priority...
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...
Well, first of all, as I see from your Endoscopy report, you need to continue Veloz D exactly as advised by your Gastroenterologist...
Secondly, please note that ayurvedic preparations like Amritabindu don't have enough data on simultaneous administration with conventional allopathic medication i.e. Veloz D, so there are no specific details regarding that...
However, if your prescribing Ayurveda specialist (of Amritabindu) is experienced enough, and aware of your present medical history and medication, you may discuss with him/her regarding the same...
Now, apart from the medicines, I'd also recommend a few lifestyle modifications as following:
-If you take too many caffeine/caffeinated energy drinks please avoid as they are quite notorious for causing this, please stop them altogether...avoid caffeine at least for the time being and observe how you stay afterward...
-Have simple home-made foods, toasts, organic preparations, home-made vegetable soups, salads; avoid fast/processed foods, avoid refined sugar/sugary products.
-Drink plenty of water throughout the day (only proper R.O or mineral water, no outside water strictly)...
-Avoid smoking/alcohol also (if at all do), they're another known to factors which can further aggravate this condition...
Wish you good health...
Let me know if I can assist you further...

This is a follow up on the below question.
Ques: Can I have Amrithabindu and Veloz D (Rabeprazole) both in a day? Would there be any side effects? I am having issues eating food. I feel full quickly and then nauseous.
I'm finding it better with suggested medicines. But I have one issue.
I eat stomach full and wait for almost an hour or more before going to bed.
But the next day morning I'm hungry very early.
If I eat at 8:30PM, sleep at 10PM, I'm hungry by 3AM or 4AM. This is consistently happening. Any solution for this?
Diet planning required...
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
Yes, in that case, first of all, there'd be a need to review the daily diet plan...You need to discuss with a Dietitian regarding making a proper round the clock diet chart (you can check in your corp-package to find out if it's included there already)...Do mention regarding your present complaints about a better understanding of your situation...
Simply start following the diet-chart thereafter, it should be better subsequently...
