Brief Answer:
Degenerative changes in knee seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen all the attached reports. The MRI scan ( one year old) suggests degenerative changes in the knee joint. These might have deteriorated further as it is an age related degenerative process. The treatment she was given one year ago was correct. In case she has relief then she can continue with joint lubricant supplements, regular physiotherapy of back and knee and get a repeat MRI scan done to see further progress.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.

Brief Answer:
These medicines are needed intermittently.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
These medicines are needed for 4-6 months in a year and are stopped intermittently according to the severity of symptoms. She needs to consult an orthopedician regularly for dosage regulation.
Regards.
