Can I Have Inositol And Myo-inostol ?
Question: I had a Kenalog (Triamcinolone) 40mg injection on the 23rd March. Ever since my periods are all over the place. Today I am very lightly spotting like I sometimes do before a period. Please see attached chart of my bleeding. My cycle is usually pretty regular buy gone wrong since April. When will my period normalise? I worry as I am trying to conceive but obviously I mustn't be ovulating. What can I do to help get cycle back on track? I have been looking at vitamins but I am allergic to lacto and alpha albumin or raw milk. Can you also tell me with my allergies can I have inositol and myo-inostol I am confused by ingredients in it. Thanks
