I am wondering about the shape of the lymph node + the loss of fatty hilum. I had covid in May, and noticed this lump in July. It's very XXXXXXX but painless. My doctor wasn't concerned orginally when she felt it, but has now ordered an MRI. I am a healthy 28 year old female, so I am hoping to learn that this could possibly not be super serious.

Once FNAC or biopsy report can tell what it is, but radio report is misleading and suggestive of possibility of serious pathology too , but definitely needs pathology opinion , u must follow this report to surgeon he will proceed your case
