Can I Improve My Vitamin B12 Level Naturally By My Diet?

Question: I received my medical lab test report results normal other than Vitamin B12 166 pg/ml (211-911 pg/ml). Can I improve my Vitamin B12 level naturally by my diet or it is important to take medicine.

Please advise.

Your vit B12 levels are not too low. So you don't need to worry. Vit B12 is not seen in plant based foods. Only those foods derived from animals contain vit B12. So it's better you take vit B12 supplementation in the form of medications like tab becosules daily 1 for 2-3 months. The following are the foods that are rich in vitB12 :
1)eggs
2) milk and milk products
3)nutritional yeast
4)fish
5)liver
6)cheese
7)chicken
