3) Have you done Ultrasound Scanning of Abdomen? if yes
3) Provide details of the Stone like Side ,Size and Site of stone ?
4) Are there any changes in kidney ?
5) Do you have pain in loin on affected side ?
6) Do you have any urinary symptoms like blood in urine ,burning urination etc. ?
7) When was the stone last detected and what modality of treatment was offered to treat the same ?
