Can I Know The Effect Of These Medicines Taking Paternia Xt Tablet And C-gest Tablet?

Question: I am taking paternia xt tablet and c-gest tablet, once per day to increase my sperm count and motility and morphology. Now my sperm count is 8 millions/mL, my sperm motility is ( 17% - progressive, 4% - nonprogressive, 79% - immotile), my sperm morphology is 1% - normal.
. After how many days can I see the effect of these medicines.

1.What was the Sperm count initially?
2.What did your doctor said about the cause of low sperm count?
3.Whether Colour Doppler of the Scrotum was done to rule out Varicocele?
4.Whether Testicular Biopsy was done?
Of the 2 tablets that you have mentioned,C-gest is Vitamin C.Paternia XT is specific drug that is used for Increased the Sperm count and motility.
Please answer the above questions,I will clarify further.

The sperm count and motility that I had mentioned earlier is the sperm count initially before starting the medicines. The colour doppler of the scrontum was not done and the testicular biopsy was also not done. Only the semen analysis was done. I have also uploaded the semen analysis report. Doctor did not say anything about the cause of low sperm count. Only he prescribed the medicines which I have mentioned earlier.

The Semen Analysis report is not seen.I think it's not uploaded.
Hope you are treated by a Urologist.
Colour Doppler of the Scrotum should be done to exclude Varicocele.
If the Sperm count is not increased even after medicines, Testicular Biopsy should be done.
Please consult a Urologist and proceed further.
