Brief Answer:
Hope you have a good health

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mac, thank you for your question and I hope I can be of help to you today.

I am sorry to hear about this. Knee swelling can be caused from many reasons. To differentiate we also would like to know that it is acute or chronic swollen, the clear history remains essential for diagnosis. Do you have any trauma? Overuse? Any pain? Any redness? Warm? Fever and chill? Night sweats? Fatigue? Or rash?

Assuming that you have swollen knees from overuse I would like to recommend you to rest and use pain relief medicine if you have pain.

I hope that I could be of help to you today. Please let me know if you need any clarification. If you have any more questions, I will discuss them with you further. Wishing you good health.

Best regards,
