Can I Lose Weight Having Whey Protein And Avocado Daily?
Question: Listen, I am trying to lose weight and I'm on the treadmill daily but I wanted to incorporate some whey protein and avocado daily. I am diabetic, have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hypothyroidism. I was being told I should eat high protein / low carb . Any suggestions? Please help me to safely and quickly lose weight to become healthy. Can you please send me some recipes etc or lead me in the right direction because I really want to do this right.....Please see product and nutritional label.
