Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about possibility of pregnancy of your girl friend.
If you have ejaculated, there is definitely possibility of pregnancy.
She can take ipill soon to prevent possibility of pregnancy. Be careful next time as frequent ipill consumption is not recommended. You can go for long term contraception if needed in future.
Let me know when was her last period date. Are her cycles regular?
Let me know if you need anymore help.
