Hello and thanks for follow up dear,
Rise in ALT with normal AST is suggestive of the stone obstructing/causing inflammation in gallbladder.
Procedure of choice is removal of stone by laproscopic surgery.
The earlier the better.
In some patients it obstructs the bile duct or reaches to pancreas causing acute emergency conditions like pancreatitis.
Best way get it removed by planned laproscopic surgery.
Follow up are welcome,
Thank you!

Ok so when you meant the removal of the stone, so u meant the removal of the Gallbladder? I was wondering if there was another treatment that's all

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes both means the same thing they are going to take out your bladder.
If you are so desperate about treatment then you could try urodeoxycholic acid tablet 300mg twice daily for three months.
Rate of success is about 40%(that too depends on nature of stone i.e material it is made up of(there are various types of gall bladder stones).
You can give it a try.
Thank you.
