Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached images. Here is my advice.

As per your history, there can be several causes that should get evaluated.

Please let me know do you have abdominal pain/spasm, loose motion /constipation, fever, nausea or vomiting, weight loss?

For further assessment, I would suggest you consult with a gastroenterologist for a detailed examination. He may procure stool analysis, complete hemogram, ultrasound/computed tomography abdomen or Colonoscopy as per evaluation to rule out any hemorrhoids or intestinal lesions.

Till then I would suggest you take a soft diet. Keep your self hydrated. Do regular exercises.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
