I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Fioricet is a combination of three drugs i.e analgesic acetaminophen,barbiturate butalbital and stimulant caffeine.

Acetaminophen and caffeine do not have any significant drug interactions with celexa.

Barbiturates do have significant drug interactions with celexa and using them together may increase side effects such as dizziness,sedation,mental obtundation,confusion,drowsiness,impaired power of judgement,defects in motor coordination and difficulty in concentrating.

It would be better to avoid them together.
