Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It's important to note that thyroid dysfunction can affect various systems in the body and may contribute to the development or exacerbation of symptoms such as anxiety and depression, gastrointestinal issues, sexual dysfunction, and joint pain. Therefore, it is possible that treating your thyroid condition may alleviate some of these symptoms.

However, it's important to also address any other underlying medical conditions or contributing factors that may be impacting your overall health and well-being. Your healthcare provider will be the best person to determine the appropriate treatment plan for your individual case.

Based on your TSH level of 9.56, it appears that you may have hypothyroidism, which is an underactive thyroid gland. Hypothyroidism can be treated with hormone replacement therapy, typically with a medication called levothyroxine.

It's important to continue taking any medications or undergoing any treatments that have been prescribed to you by your healthcare provider for any other medical conditions you may have. Your healthcare provider can help you manage all of your health concerns and create a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses your individual needs.

Thank you for your prompt reply sir.
One last question. What I understood from the above, that I have to continue treatment for the problems which I have been facing for the last few years along with new problem TSH.
Sir, for each and every problem, I have been taking treatment and have medicines. Like sudden anxiety (panic attack) Dr prescribed Etilampro tablet to get relief. Likewise mood changes without any reason and become sad. To over come this (till I go to Dr) can u suggest any good medicine to stop sad mood.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If you are experiencing a sad mood and are unable to see your healthcare professional, there are some things you can try to help improve your mood. These include:

Engaging in regular physical exercise, as exercise has been shown to be an effective mood booster
Practicing mindfulness or meditation, which can help calm the mind and reduce feelings of sadness or anxiety
Spending time in nature or engaging in other enjoyable activities that bring you pleasure
Maintaining a healthy sleep schedule and getting enough rest
Reaching out to friends and loved ones for support.
EVEN THAN IF YOU SEE NO IMPROVEMENT , YOU CAN TAKE TABLET ALPRAZOLAM , AT LOW DOSES LIKE 0.25.
