Question: I am taking neurobean forte after breakfast. Can I also take bplex forte at night?

Hello,

Neurobian forte and beplex forte , both of these medicines contain similar kind of multivitamins. There is no harm in taking them together but there can be excessive amount of vitamins in your body which can lead to toxicity.

You can consult your physician regarding this and get a B12 investigated to know your B12 levels. If it is too low then you can take them simultaneously or else you can take them alternatively.
