Brief Answer:
It can be taken.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query.

Cephalexin can be taken for E Coli bacteria.

But taking a antibiotic which is been shown in results of the culture and sensitivity report will give you good and fast recovery from the infection.

Again always the situations depend on clinical examination as well. So ask your doctor before taking any decision about the antibiotic.

Take care.

My question is this after recovering from infection, if the antibiotics which were resistance , can be again susceptible?

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Yes the antibiotics which are resistant now can become susceptible next time.

If you were taking any antibiotic for long time and hence the resistance occurred then the susceptibility chances are low.
