Brief Answer:
Should not be a problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. There are no serious interactions between flexeril and Klonopin, though they do both cause sedation and drowsiness, so, in part depending on the doses you are taking of both of them, you may notice more of this when you take them together. I would just see how it affects you in the first couple hours after taking both of them before trying to do anything that requires your attention (such as driving). If you do notice too much sedation, you may need to decrease the dose or stop one of them.

However, if you only take Klonopin occasionally, and the last time was on Thursday, there would be no concern, as most of the Klonopin would be out of your system by now.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any questions about any of that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
