Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are only minor interactions between these medications according to Medscape Medical Professional drug checker.

Levofloxacin does not interact with gabapentin at all

Gabapentin can affect the breakdown of tylenol in a small way. It increases its breakdown slightly and can therefore cause a slight decrease in levels in the body but this should not be significant.
Ativan has the same effect on the tylenol, increasing its breakdown causing lower levels, again the effect is minor.
If there is any effect-- it would mean that the tylenol is not as effective as you would expect since the levels are lower.

Levofloxacin decreases the breakdown of lorazepam and can therefore can cause a slight increase in levels but the increase/change is minor.

Summary: there are minor changes that should not have any significant effect, the medications can be safely used together.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
