Brief Answer:
Best rest for 48 hours is strongly recommended.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Many of your symptoms are directly related to excessive physical activity.
This lead to moderate back muscle spasm and soreness causing that degree of Discomfort at work.
It's important to stop attending the Gym for the next 48 hours as further physical activity may worsen pain.
Meftal spas is a very good choice of analgesic which can be considered here in your case.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to improve your symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thank you.
