Brief Answer:
Yes but there are some risks

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

You're taking too many drugs and it's almost impossible to find a drug that won't interact with some of the others! Meloxicam is no exception. It may interact with lisinopril and affect its antihypertensive effect and it may worsen the renal function (it may even cause renal failure in some cases). Using it with a diuretic such as furosemide may also cause increased stress to the kidneys. Another thing to consider is its interaction with desvenlafaxin as it may cause increased bleeding tendency.

The aforementioned potential interactions won't occur to every patient using these combinations and in some cases the effects of the interactions may only be minimal but other patients may experience significant problems. Factors that may predict the worse outcomes include the old age, preexisting renal problems (chronic kidney disease), diabetes mellitus, dehydration, etc. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension may notice significant worsening of their blood pressure measurements and patients with heart failure may experience symptoms of acute heart failure (like swollen legs, shortness of breath, etc).

Therefore meloxicam may only be used when absolutely necessary. If other options are applicable (like paracetamol for example) then they should be preferred to meloxicam.

I hope I've answered your question. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards
