Question: Can I take Nortriptyline 50mg with 90mg Adderall, 3mg klonopin, 20mg vyvanse? Is there any serious contraindications?
Brief Answer:
you can but with cautions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Nortryptiline and ad feral and vyanse have interactions and may lead to adverse cardiac events like angina, ischemia and arrhythmias.
You must get a baseline ECG and get yourself checked by a local cardiologist.
If there is heart rate less than 100/min.and no base line abnormalities then you are clear on this front.
To start nortryptiline you should have normal liver functions so please get the base line of that also.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.

I have fatty liver, and elevated heart rate. I just had a 48 hour holter monitor, and a ct scan of my arteries. I am having a stress test tomorrow. The holter monitor and ct scan were normal. I also take growth hormone and testosterone.
Brief Answer:
At best a trial to start at low dose.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Jnrg,
Welcome back.
I view of fatty liver and high heart rate it will be better if you do not go for adding nortryptyline.
In view of normal holter report you may give a trial by starting this drug with low dose say 12.5 mg bedtime and then weakly building up while keeping an eye on heart rate and ECG.
If you tolerate then you can build up upto normal doses.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.
