Brief Answer:
Withdrawal under guidance of a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Withdrawal symptoms are usually quite disturbing and need some immediate and effective treatment. In the treatment of withdrawal, we need to provide both psychological and medical care to the patient so that he has a feeling of complete well being. Then only it will build the trust of the patient and help him to continue the treatment.

Now in your case you are already taking multiple drugs. Propranolol as you are asking has multiple uses. It can be used to control your anxiety, palpitations, and tachycardia( high heart rate). But in your case, my sincere advice is not to take medication like this. You should first discuss your symptoms clearly with your treating doctor and then properly plan out the management. There has to be a proper management plan which should be strictly followed.

Along with the medication we usually advise some supplements according to the patient's need and some non-pharmacology measures like relaxation techniques. With polypharmacy we also have to be careful about drug- drug interactions. When Propranolol is given with other mentioned drugs for long term, then other drug doses may need to be reduced somewhat. All this has to be properly planned depending on your symptoms and findings of physical examination.

Maybe you also need to carry out some basic investigations like blood count, thyroid function tests, kidney function tests and sugar levels so that you can receive proper treatment.

I hope I am able to clarify your point. If anything else you can write back to me anytime. Thank you.

Regards
