Zolpidem and 5 Hydroxytryptophan do not have any drug interactions. So you can take Zolpidem after 4 hours of taking 5 hydroxytryptophan.
Only thing is as both are CNS depressants I will recommend you to take 5 mg of Zolpidem and not 10 mg at night.
I believe you do not have any liver problems.
