Brief Answer:
Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
I read your query and understand your concerns.
From the available description and my past experience while working with you (2019) I feel there is co morbidity with bipolar disorder. This means that in addition to bipolar disorder there is co occurring anxiety spectrum disorder.
Although diagnosis requires complete details but the available details indicate possibility of dissociative disorder which belongs to anxiety spectrum disorders.
I must assure you that with slight change of medications the symptoms can be controlled to large extent.
I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
