Question: Can I take enterogermina and PAN DSR ( pantoprazole 40, domperidone 30 mg ) together
I'm having gas, burping, heartburn. Last 7 days, I'm taking PanDSR, aslo took zentel for deworming.
I still have bloating, nausea feeling in the morning, by afternoon, its better.
Doctor suggested adding enterogermina, is it fine

Well looks like your have reflux and dyspepsia.
Can continue pan DSR and enterogermina together.
Take Pan DSR once a day before breakfast (half an hour before).
Try following things and see how you feel,
1. eat on time
2. exercise regularly
3. develop some hobbies
4. go for regular walk
5. sleep adequately for 8 hrs
6. avoid stress
7. avoid coffee, aerated drinks, tobacco, smoking, alcohol if any.
8. avoid sleeping or lying down 2 hours after meals
9. take small frequent meals, also avoid excess fiber in diet as it can increase gas.
10. do some yoga and mind relaxation techniques
Also avoid taking pan dsr for long time say more than a month. try and reduce dose half like pantocid d (20 + 10) once you start feeling better.
all this will help you in long run.

Gasofilm strip (simethicone) can be taken on as an when required basis maximum upto twice a day.
