Brief Answer:
Kindly consult a gynecologist XXXXXXX
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern
Terminating pregnancy can not be done with self medication. Kindly consult a gynecologist, as there are chances of significant bleeding and this need to be done under direct supervision. Also, before that we have to get an ultrasound done to confirm the position of sac inside the uterus. Rarely, sac attaches to fallopian tube instead of uterine cavity , and in that case we need hospital admission for termination to avoid tube rupture and internal bleeding
I hope this answer will help

Mam as covid is going on it's difficult for me to take baby outside and go....nearby all hospitals are filled with covid patients so I felt going to hospital is not safe ...dats why I am asking my problems over here
Brief Answer:
We need to be cautious
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I do understand the difficult situation and your concerns.
But, as I mentioned, unforeseen complications do happen occasionally during termination. If we proceed without an ultrasound and without supervision, if significant bleeding or pain happens, we will be in trouble. Due to present COVID scenario, there will be difficulty in getting emergency care. So, kindly get a prior consultation so that, we will have a channel for communication and access to care in such a situation.
Also, we can consider continuing the pregnancy if our 8month baby is healthy and with good weight. Even then we can continue breastfeeding for another 3-4 months without any negative effects on fetus. Many parents does this after counselling. But, obviously this is your personal choice and wouldn't interfere. Just reminded about such an option.
If you need further clarification, I will be happy to help
